Skipper Select XV is pushing its limits in the gym as preparations intensify for their upcoming clash against the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua next month.

Head Coach Rupeni Nasiga says the team is focused on building strong combinations ahead of the match against the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua.

Nasiga adds that this is a positive development and a valuable opportunity for local players to showcase their talent and stake a claim for selection in both the Skipper and Drua squads.

The former Fiji 7s representative, Nadroga rugby captain, and current Malolo coach says the players are bonding well and are mentally and physically ready for the challenge ahead.

Skipper Select XV will face the Drua next Friday at Churchill Park, Luatoka at 4pm.
