Fiji Airways and Film Fiji have announced that two stars from New Zealand’s long-running TV series Shortland Street will be in Fiji for the 2014 Film Fiji Kula Awards.
The Shortland Street stars Ben Mitchell (who plays TK Samuels) and Frankie Adams (who plays Ula Levi) will join dozens of high school students at the annual awards.
Film Fiji Chairperson Shaenaz Voss said they are excited to have the two in Suva as star attractions for the Kula Awards, along with all our participating students from around Fiji.
She said it will mean a lot to budding filmmakers and Fijian students to have their on-screen stars with them during the awards.
Film Fiji Kula Awards will be held on the 25th and 26th of this month.
