Former Acting Commissioner for Fiji Corrections Service, Sevuloni Naucukidi who allegedly threatened a member of his support staff, will have his case called again on January 19.
Naucukidi who is charged with criminal intimidation was not present in court today.
Suva Magistrate Shageeth Somarathe excused Naucukidi's absence as the pre trial conference details were not ready.
Naucukidi was represented in court by his counsels Tanya Waqanika and Samuela Savu while the State was represented by Lagakali Tavaiqia.
