The Judicial Services Commission has withdrawn their advertisement inviting applications for the position of Commissioner of the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption.
They say the advertisement is withdrawn and should be disregarded.
The JSC says the withdrawal has been made following legal advice.
They add they will make any further public announcement, if required, at the appropriate time.
fijivillage News is trying to get comments from the JSC on these recurring concerning matters regarding the appointment of the Commissioner of FICAC which has resulted in changes and legal actions as well.
The Chief Justice is the Chairperson of the JSC.
