Former United States women’s rugby union head coach Sione Fukofuka has been appointed as the new head coach of the Scotland women’s team.
Fukofuka was previously an assistant coach for the Australia women’s side and also served as attack coach for the Queensland Reds women.
He brings over a decade of experience coaching both international women’s and men’s teams. His coaching career began with the Australian Youth Women’s 7s and later included a role with the Australian Men’s 7s team in 2019.
