The cases for Flagstaff drug accused Joshua Ravula and Yin Qing Qing and Rewa Street drug accused Yu Yang Feng, Minghui Dai, Zhou Lan, Ginna Choi, Lagomarcino Baules and Peniasi Delai have been adjourned to the 31st of December.

In the Rewa Street case, State prosecutor Eoghn Samisoni told Magistrate Sufia Hamza that submission for the consolidation of the cases has been filed.

Ravula and Qing Qing's respective counsels has been given 21 days to file their response.

Magistrate Hamza also canceled Ravula's bench warrant after his lawyer produced his medical certificate for not coming to court on the previous date, however, he remains in remand.

In Yu Yang Feng, Minghui Dai, Zhou Lan's case, Samisoni told the court that submission for getting their phone back has been made.

Their counsel Lavenia Bogitini also raised the issue of assault on one of the three in court.

Samisoni says he has written to the Fiji Corrections Service but has not received a response.

Magistrate Hamza reminded him that the issue was raised two weeks ago. \
Meanwhile, Ginna Choi, Lagomarcino Baules and Peniasi Delai's counsel did not object to the consolidation of charges with the other cases.

Ravula and Yin Qing Qing, charged with one count each of illicit drug possession, were allegedly found with 42.9 grams of methamphetamine at Yue Lai Hotel in October.
