The cases for Flagstaff drug accused Joshua Ravula and Yin Qing Qing and Rewa Street drug accused Yu Yang Feng, Minghui Dai, Zhou Lan, Ginna Choi, Lagomarcino Baules and Peniasi Delai have been adjourned to the 31st of December.
In the Rewa Street case, State prosecutor Eoghn Samisoni told Magistrate Sufia Hamza that submission for the consolidation of the cases has been filed.
Ravula and Qing Qing's respective counsels has been given 21 days to file their response.
Magistrate Hamza also canceled Ravula's bench warrant after his lawyer produced his medical certificate for not coming to court on the previous date, however, he remains in remand.
In Yu Yang Feng, Minghui Dai, Zhou Lan's case, Samisoni told the court that submission for getting their phone back has been made.
Their counsel Lavenia Bogitini also raised the issue of assault on one of the three in court.
Samisoni says he has written to the Fiji Corrections Service but has not received a response.
Magistrate Hamza reminded him that the issue was raised two weeks ago. \
Meanwhile, Ginna Choi, Lagomarcino Baules and Peniasi Delai's counsel did not object to the consolidation of charges with the other cases.
Ravula and Yin Qing Qing, charged with one count each of illicit drug possession, were allegedly found with 42.9 grams of methamphetamine at Yue Lai Hotel in October.
Yu Yang Feng, Minghui Dai and Zhou Lan are each charged with one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs for allegedly being found with 39.509 grams of methamphetamine.
Lan is charged with possession of property suspected to be proceeds of a crime for allegedly being found with $7,180FJD, $60USD, $1,520 Hong Kong currency and 1,600 Chinese Yuan.
Feng is also charged with unlawful supply of illicit drugs.
It is alleged that without lawful authority Feng engaged in dealings with other persons for the transport and supply of methamphetamine.
He is also charged with being in possession of property suspected to be proceeds of a crime.
Feng was allegedly found with $906.25 cash.
Choi, Baules and Delai are also charged with one count unlawful possession of illicit drugs for allegedly being found with 0.345 grams of methamphetamine.
It is also alleged that Baleus, on the 3rd and 9th of September, while being a visitor to Fiji, failed to comply with his visitors visa and overstayed.
