With Christmas fast approaching and households preparing their festive feasts, Legend FM is celebrating the season by inviting listeners to share one of Fiji’s most beloved holiday dishes, the classic roast chicken.

In partnership with Goodman Fielder's Fielder’s Rice, the station has launched a Christmas culinary challenge designed to showcase family traditions and treasured recipes.

Legend FM Content Director, Victoria Vollmer, says the promotion aims to highlight the unique flavours that make Christmas in Fiji so special.

Vollmer says listeners can submit their roast chicken recipes through the Legend FM Facebook page, or via Instagram, TikTok, or email at legendfm@legendfm.com.fj

She says on December 19, selected participants will prepare their roast chicken and bring it to the Legend FM studio at 231 Waimanu Road, where a panel of independent judges from the food industry will taste and evaluate each dish.

Winners will take home cash prizes and hampers, and the top recipe will be featured on the Legend FM Facebook page, offering inspiration to families planning their own Christmas meals.
