Inside centre Isikeli Rabitu is set to be the key figure in the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua's backline this week as the Drua prepare to take on the New South Wales Waratahs in round two of the Super Rugby Pacific competition tomorrow.
The robust Tailevu centre was recruited straight out of Suva Grammar School during the Dean’s competition in 2023.
Since making his debut, Rabitu has played 13 matches for the Drua and scored his first try against the Blues in 2024.
Drua head coach Glen Jackson says Rabitu’s contract extension through to 2028 highlights his quality, describing him as one of the club’s finest players to wear the No.12 jersey.
