The Black Ferns Sevens side scored 10 tries in a record 64-0 victory over Great Britain to begin their Singapore 7s title defence in stunning fashion this afternoon.
Braxton Sorensen-McGee, Katelyn Vahaakolo and Mahina Paul each scored two tries, while Risi Pouri-Lane, Jorja Miller, Kelesi Teneti and Olive Watherston also crossed the line as the Black Ferns Sevens registered their biggest-ever win against Great Britain.
The 64-point win maintained the Black Ferns Sevens’ perfect record in Singapore, with the side having won all 11 matches they have played at the tournament.
Miller opened the scoring with a runaway try from her own 22-metre line in the second minute of the match.
