Bail ruling for Charles Laxton Sundar delayed as Court awaits psychological report

The Suva High Court has not delivered its bail ruling for Charles Laxton Sundar, who allegedly killed his 86-year-old grandfather in Navokadamu Settlement in Lutu, Wainibuka.

The Court has yet to receive Sundar's psychological report.

Sundar appeared before Suva High Court Judge Justice Dane Tuiqereqere today, charged with one count of murder.

The matter has been adjourned to the 23rd of this month.
