Year 8, Year 12 and Year 13 external examination dates confirmed

The external examination dates for Year 8, Year 12 and Year 13 students will be held from September to November this year.

According to the Ministry of Education curriculum circular that was circulated to all heads of schools, the Fiji Eighth Year Examination will be held from the 24th to the 26th of September, the Fiji Year 13 Examination from the 28th of October to the 8th of November and the Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination will be from the 12th to the 22nd November.

Permanent Secretary of Education Selina Kuruleca says the administration of standard literacy and numeracy assessment will give a platform for accelerated interventions for preparing students.

She says the marking and analysis of students' responses for the standard literacy and numeracy assessment will be done at the school level.
