Yalovata 7s: Under 18-21s quarter final confirmed

The quarter finals of the Fiji Bitter Yalovata 7s Under 21 have been confirmed after the conclusion of the final pool matches this morning.

In the first quarter final, St. Peter Navakawau will take on St, John Lomary, Birdland Brothers will play Tovolea in the second quarter final, Waidalice will take on JV JQ Brothers in the third quarter final and Village Boys will battle Waqavuka in the last quarter final.

Meanwhile, the Men’s final pool round of pool matches are currently underway.

Defending champions Wardens Gold secured their third win of the tournament beating Veilomani Brothers 10-0, Nasinu Rugby defeated Yalovata Blue 15-0, BLK Lavidi Brothers and Fresh’et Navy played to a 12-all draw and Marist also held Waqavuka to a 12-all draw.

The elimination round will kick off at 1.36pm today.

The Women’s competition also kicked off today with Army Women’s thrashing Yalovata Women’s 31-0 and Seahawks beating ViwaSpartans 26-0 in the first round.
