With all hope gone of making the top 6, Swire Shipping Fijian Drua Captain Mesake Doge has laid down the challenge saying they need to rise again with two games remaining.
After describing their loss to the Blues last week as frustrating, Doge says there is no backing down now, and they need to come back stronger.
The 32-year-old says that their last home game against the Western Force in Lautoka this weekend is important, and that they finish on a high note regardless of what happens this season.
Doge says there were a lot of things that they could have done better against a tough Blues side that came out firing from the start last week, but one area they will focus on this week is their breakdowns, as their opposition was a bit tactical in that area.
The Fijian Drua will take on the Force at 3.35pm this Saturday at Churchill Park in Lautoka in round 14 of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific.
In other matches this week, the Hurricanes will play the Highlanders at 7.05pm Friday, the Waratahs will host the Crusaders at 9.35pm Friday, Moana Pasifika will take on the Blues at 7.05pm Saturday, and the Brumbies will play the Reds at 9.35pm.
