We need to be ready for a much improved Ireland side – Byrne

We need to be ready for a much improved Ireland side – Byrne

The Fiji Water Flying Fijians have been issued a stern warning by coach Mick Byrne to be ready for a much improved Ireland team tomorrow.

Byrne says Ireland’s coach Andy Farrell was not happy publicly about how his team played in the last two matches, and he wants to see a massive change in how they play this week, which the Flying Fijians need to prepare for.

He says against Argentina, he thinks Ireland did more of what their opponent did and not so much of what they needed to do.

He adds Ireland asked a lot of questions last week and Argentina answered a lot of them.

Meanwhile, co-captain Tevita Ikanivere says they are not too worried about the changes in Ireland’s match-day squad and they are gunning for another upset victory.

The Flying Fijians will take on Ireland at 3.10am tomorrow.
