Vodafone Flying Fijians Coach Vern Cotter says they had a perfect first 40 minutes but the players lost control of the game in the second half against Samoa.
Cotter says they did nearly everything right in the first half and took a lead of 17-3.
He adds he thinks they would have come even stronger in the second half but then they slipped.
Cotter says Samoa scored first in the second half and then probably took the control of the game whereas Fiji kept on making simple errors.
