Flying Fijians coach, Vern Cotter believes his players need to grow their confidence when they create opportunities against Tier 1 nations.

After scoring two best tries against Ireland, brilliant sweeping counterattacks that showcased their athleticism and flair, Cotter says Fiji has the talent and ability to strike from anywhere however they need to grow their confidence when there is opportunity.

Fiji lost two players to yellow cards, Manasa Saulo and Api Ratuniyarawa while Albert Tuisue copped a red card.

Cotter says that there is a meeting after this series about the state of the game and they need to sit down and talk about it with people around rugby and talk about what is best.

The Flying Fijians will face the French Barbarians this weekend.
