We have got our minds well and truly fixed on the Olympics and with the balance of players that we have and who we are going to target.

This was highlighted by Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s coach Ben Gollings as the team builds up to the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Gollings says they have settled on combinations and the movements and shifts are due to injuries and also making sure that the players are meeting the requirements that are needed to be playing at specific levels.

Meanwhile, the Fiji Men’s and Women’s 7s teams are ready for the HSBC Vancouver 7s which kicks off tomorrow.

The Fiji Men’s 7s team will take on Spain at 11.20am tomorrow in their first match, they will then play Canada at 4.44pm tomorrow before taking on Argentina at 10.33am Sunday in their last pool match.

The men’s cup quarter finals will kick off at 2.22pm Sunday, the cup semi finals will kick off at 8.43am Monday and the cup final will be at 1.23pm Monday.

The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s will take on the USA at 7.30am tomorrow in their first match, they will then play Australia at 12.46pm tomorrow before playing Japan at 6.15am Sunday in their final pool match.
