We Unite Fiji Party.

We Unite Fiji Party which has been founded by Nadroga high chief the Na Turaga na Kalevu, Ratu Tevita Makutu says the party is not only focused on the Western Division but Fiji as a whole.

The party says the paradigm in Fiji’s political diaspora has shifted from being nationalistic to a more cosmopolitan one whereby We Unite Fiji also recognise the work, the struggles, the ambition that we share with the Indo-Fijian brothers and sisters, who have played a major role building our nation.

The party says if we don’t adapt to the waves of change then we will become obsolete.

We Unite Fiji Party says it believes as resource owners they have a duty to play in recognizing and accommodating those from different ethnic backgrounds, they also know the tribulations that our nation has had to go through since independence, and the insecurity that they were faced with.

The party says they are here not only to strive for the advancement of the resource owners but to accommodate their brothers and sisters from different ethnic backgrounds.

They also say it is the role of every government to look after its people and they have a duty to the nation and foremost to its people who voted them in and without whom their existence is a grave misdemeanour.

Ratu Tevita has conveyed his most heartfelt gratitude to the Prime Minister for opening the Nadroga Navosa Provincial Council Meeting and wishes Bainimarama and his party well in the 2022 general elections.

The party says it thanks the previous and present governments for the initiative done towards the Nadroga/Navosa province.

With reference to the Western United Front, the party says they salute the work first carried out by its founders, the vision they had and the work they did thus far.
