Waratahs determined to break losing streak when they host the Lions

The Waratahs are determined to break their losing streak when they host the Lions on Friday night.

Forwards coach Matt Cockbain says the side is keen to rip in after their bye week and show fans what they've been working on early in the season.

The Waratahs who have won a Super Rugby title sits at the bottom of the Overall Table with no points.

This week, the Highlanders host the Rebels at 6.05pm Friday while the Waratahs and Lions clash at 8.15pm Friday.

The Hurricanes meet the Sunwolves at 3.45pm Saturday while the Reds meet the Sharks at 8.15pm Saturday.

The Blues meet Stormers at 1.05am Sunday while the Bulls and the Jaguares face off at 3.15am Sunday.
