Vehicle swept away by strong currents in Lautoka

Vehicle being washed away in Lautoka.

A vehicle was swept away by strong currents along Saru Back Road in Lautoka yesterday.

Police say the driver escaped unharmed.

A video of the incident which has been widely shared on social media shows the black four wheel drive vehicle being washed away by strong currents down the river.
