Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s Coach Ben Gollings says as they build towards the Commonwealth Games and World Cup, Jerry Tuwai does not need to prove his quality whilst they look at players.

Tuwai will miss the Toulouse and London 7s as he was not well which hindered his preparation in the beginning of the camp.

Gollings says Tuwai has maintained his coaching role.

The 7s team has also been boosted with the return of Semi Kunatani and Napolioni Bolaca.

Fiji meets Kenya at 12.34am Saturday, they take on Wales at 8.33am Saturday and then play France at 12.34am Sunday.

The men’s Cup quarterfinals will start at 4.04am Sunday, the semifinals will begin at 12.14am next Monday and the final will be played at 4.26am on the same day.
