Sireli Maqala and Aminiasi Tuimaba

Fiji Airways men’s national 7s coach Ben Gollings says the inclusion of Aminiasi Tuimaba and Sireli Maqala gives the team the right balance for the Commonwealth Games.

Gollings says Maqala is a very young and professional athlete who has a lot of experience and Tuimaba will strengthen and add depth in the outside backs area.

The coach says they’ve been building a squad for the past 6 months and the idea is to bolster the team by having these two players included.

The 7s competition will take place from 29th July to 1st August.

Fiji has been pooled with Canada, Wales and Zambia for the Commonwealth Games.
