Online insurance payment has been made easier and more accessible as Tower Insurance has partnered with Vodafone to offer M-PAiSA as a mobile wallet payment option for customers in Fiji.

Tower Insurance launched My Tower Fiji earlier in May which is the first insurance platform in the Pacific that will allow people to pay their insurance premiums, lodge a claim, get a quote, update their personal details, purchase a policy and view their motor vehicle, house and contents policies through one simple online portal.

Tower Insurance Head of Digital Distribution, Veilawa Rereiwasaliwa says partnering with Vodafone to add M-PAiSA as an alternative way for customers to pay online is the latest in a range of improvements they have made.

The Head of Vodafone eCommerce and Digital Financial Services, Shailendra Prasad says they are pleased to partner with Tower Insurance in enabling cashless over the counter payment using M-PAiSA QR and remote payment capability through their M-PAiSA mobile wallet platform.

Prasad says their ideals are reflected in Tower Insurance's motto which offers insurance to every Fijian through digital payment.
