After last season there was a bit of unfinished business, none more so than with this group of players.
Fiji Airways National Men’s 7s coach Ben Gollings stated this at the 7s trials last week adding they have have been training over the last few weeks.
Gollings says they have been playing in the Skipper Cup having a break from 7s but still developing themselves.
He says players like Joe Talacolo, Filipe Sauturaga and Terio Tamani were there to bolster the leadership and had been put in charge of the trial teams because they can tell them what needs to be done on the field.
The HSBC SVNS Series will kick off on 2nd December in Dubai.
