Rewa soccer team’s utility player, Anish Khem who is also popular on TikTok with thousands of followers says there is no pressure on the Delta Tigers ahead of the Courts IDC as their main focus is winning the Vodafone Premier League.
Khem who is the national team midfielder has been mostly used by Rewa’s coach, Marika Rodu at right back this season.
Khem says he knows he has to perform as he wears the famous number seven jersey for Rewa. The number seven jersey has been worn by world soccer legends like Cristiano Ronaldo, David Beckham, Raul, Luiz Figo and Eric Cantona.
He believes Suva will be a threat to all the teams as they have a number of top players and they have been consistent throughout the season.
Meanwhile, Khem says his wife is mostly on TikTok and also forces him to perform romantic scenes like Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan which have become popular.
BOG Champions, Rewa will face Lautoka at 7pm next Tuesday in its first match of the IDC at the ANZ Stadium.
