Swire Shipping Fijian Drua Coach Mick Byrne.

Swire Shipping Fijian Drua Coach Mick Byrne says the players are learning every week to get on the front foot and even though they committed errors against a team like the Brumbies, they never put their heads down.

Byrne says he is proud of the abilities shown by the players who always look forward to the next contest.

The Drua coach says they are learning what the game is all about and will become a better team in the coming days.

The Fijian Drua went down 33-12 to the Brumbies at Suncorp Stadium last night.

Onisi Ratave scored twice for the Drua last night.
