The boys are looking fit and are ready for the Rugby World Cup.

Those were the words of former Fiji 7s and Flying Fijians winger Jone Daunivucu after a training session with the Fiji Water Flying Fijians squad in Bordeaux.

Daunivucu who was part of the victorious Fiji 7s team at the Rugby World Cup 7s in 2005 says, looking at how the boys have been training this week, there is no doubt they are ready to play.

Daunivucu along with some former national reps in the likes of Joe Nasilisili, Inoke Nasilisili and Savenaca Tabakanalagi were seen training with the Flying Fijians squad in France this week.

Raiwalui later tweeted that it was great to have Daunivucu whom he played with once, joining the boys for training.

Raiwalui went on to joke about how Daunivucu still manages to train and run around with the team at this level while he is struggling to walk up and down the stairs.

The Flying Fijians will take on France at 7.05am this Sunday.

They will take on England at Twickenham Stadium at 2.15am next Sunday in their last test match before heading back to France for the Rugby World Cup.

The Flying Fijians' first RWC pool match will be against Wales at 7am Monday the 11th of next month.
