The Amazing Wheelbarrow Race, now known as the Great Bara Battle, has been launched by the Frank Hilton Organization to raise funds for more than 600 children with disabilities and their families.

This year's race will be on the 19th of next month at Albert Park.

A virtual race will be launched soon, so people from all over the globe can equally participate by donating.

Frank Hilton Organization says the funds raised will go towards the operational costs of the Hilton Home, which provides care to children with severe disabilities and medical conditions.

The organization also says the funds will be used for their audiology, speech therapy, physiotherapy, positive behaviour support and community support departments.

They say it will also be used to purchase assistive devices such as paediatric wheelchairs and hearing aids.

The Battle of the Best began in 2016, which is an annual fundraiser, and has continually been supported by corporate organisations like Vodafone Fiji, Telecom Fiji Limited, Standss South Pacific, Harcourts and many more.

TFL has won the best dressed team for four years.

The fundraising target for this year is $150,000.
