Fijian singer Sumeet Tappoo has won four prestigious CLEF Music Awards 2025, held in Mumbai.
Tappoo was nominated in nine categories. He received four awards, with two of his albums titled ‘Dil Pareshan Karta Hai’ and ‘Legacy’.
He also acknowledged his mentor, Anup Jalota, for his love and guidance, and Gulzar Sahab for blessing him to sing his timeless poetry.
Tappoo says that each award is not his alone, it belongs to the incredible artists, musicians, writers and collaborators whose talent, dedication and passion bring every song to life.
He dedicated the awards to his wife, daughters and parents.
