A Suva man in his 30s will appear in the Magistrates Court today after being charged with one count of abduction of a person under 18 years with intent to have carnal knowledge.
Police say the girl is 16 years old.
The man allegedly committed the offence between 12th to 20th August.
The report was lodged by the girl's mother.
