Suva Masters defeats Ba Veterans in the Taito Bula Memorial Cup

Suva City Masters has beaten Ba Veterans 2-0 in the Taito Bula Memorial Cup, at the Ba Methodist High School Ground.

This will be an annual event which has been sponsored by the Suva City Masters.

Former Suva left back Jona Matanikorovatu and player Mohammed Zikaar scored the goals for Suva.

Some prominent former Ba players featured for Ba including brothers Lote and Meli Delai, Iosefo Vosoboto, Malakai Kenahewe with Josaia Dau while Lorima Batirerega, Manoa Masi, Watisoni Voli and Jope Naguruvatu were in the Suva line up.
