The Director of Sai Prema Foundation Fiji Sumeet Tappoo has received the University of Technology Sydney 2022 Alumni Award.
The award was presented to Tappoo by the Vice-Chancellor and President of UTS Professor Andrew Parfitt, at a Gala Function in Sydney, in recognition of his music and philanthropy.
Tappoo has dedicated this award to his parents who he says are his pillars of love who gave him the strength, support and opportunity to have an education.
He adds receiving this honorary University Award has given more power to his wings and its motivated him to do even more than ever before.
