After 18 months work on the structure of the WG Friendship Plaza building along Suva’s McGregor Road is nearly complete.
The 28th floor is expected to be completed in a few weeks.
WG International Real Estate Fiji Limited, General Marketing Director Ron Ding says they will now be investing another 18 months to complete the project.
He says the glass walls are already on its way to Fiji and people will be able to see them go up next month.
They hope to open the building by the end of next year and say it will provide more than 500 jobs to the local market.
Raine and Horn is selling the prime freehold strata units and leasing the commercial lots available in this building.
It says it has sold about 10 studio apartments so far.
One studio apartment costs about $495,000.
