Despite losing his job in the tourism industry because of COVID-19, stand-up comedian Fred Raiwalui has forged ahead to provide for his family by turning to farming and doing comedy gigs in the LOL Mada Comedy Show.

Raiwalui who goes by the stage name Fred Flow says he is thankful to Resonance Entertainment for the opportunity to do shows and is also blessed to have a piece of land where he can farm.

He says it has been a long year for everyone and people are searching to find something to laugh about.

Raiwalui says he was in the audience for the first two LOL Mada Comedy Shows and had wanted to be part of the show one day.

He also shared the story of how a Twitter Poll by his friend enabled him to get the gig.

The LOL Mada Comedy Show will be held from 6pm to 9pm next Thursday at the ANZ Stadium concourse.
