Sotutu to make his 20th appearance for the Blues against the Rebels

Hoskins Sotutu who has links to Fiji will start at number 8 for the Blues against the Rebels in the Super Rugby Trans-Tasman competition tomorrow.

Sotutu will earn his 20th appearance for the Blues tomorrow night which is an impressive effort for the 22-year-old.

Sotutu is one of the players to have played in all the Blues matches in this seasons Super Rugby Aotearoa competition including All Black Reiko Ioane.

Other Blues players that will be in the starting line-up includes Josh Goodhue, Tom Robinson, Kurt Eklund, Otere Black, Bryce Heem and Zarn Sullivan.

The Super Rugby Trans-Tasman competition will kick off today with the Super Rugby Australia champions, the Reds facing the Highlanders at 7.05 tonight, followed by the Waratahs hosting the Hurricanes at 9.45 tonight.

The Super Rugby Aotearoa champions, the Crusaders will host the Brumbies at 7.05pm tomorrow, the Rebels will play the Blues at 9.45pm tomorrow and the Chiefs will travel to Perth to meet Western Force at 11.55pm tomorrow.

Blues: Zarn Sullivan, Bryce Heem, Rieko Ioane, TJ Faiane, AJ Lam, Otere Black, Finlay Christie, Hoskins Sotutu, Adrian Choat, Tom Robinson, Josh Goodhue, Gerard Cowley-Tuioti, Marcel Renata, Kurt Eklund, Karl Tu’inukuafe.

Reserves: Soane Vikena, Ofa Tuungafasi, Nepo Laulala, Jacob Pierce, Akira Ioane, Sam Nock, Harry Plummer, Mark Telea.
