Some soccer players are suspected to have tested positive for drug use in the Vodafone Premier League over the weekend.

The CEO of the Fiji Football Association, Mohammed Yusuf says they will provide a confirmation after receiving the second round of results today.

Looking at the matches, Navua beat Labasa 2-1, Nadi edged Lautoka 3-2, Rewa defeated Nasinu 1-0 while Suva beat Ba 2-1.

Rewa continues to lead the VPL points table with 20 points, Suva is second with 18 points while Ba is third 16 points. Navua sits last with seven points.

In this week’s matches, Navua will host Ba on Saturday while Labasa will face Nasinu, Rewa will play Nadi and Suva will take on Lautoka on Sunday.
