Six passengers and driver of a Sunbeam bus escaped death this morning after the bus caught fire along Queens Road near Olosara Sigatoka.
Police confirm that all passengers and the driver of the burnt bus are safe.
The bus driver noticed smoke coming from the engine compartment and managed to evacuate all six passengers safely.
We have made several attempts to get a comment from the director of the bus company but there is no response.
Investigations continue.
