Fiji's first ombudsman and former Supreme Court Judge Sir Moti Tikaram has passed away yesterday at the age of 87 at his residence in Suva.
Sir Moti was the first local person to be appointed to the Supreme Court of Fiji.
He has served on numerous boards and committees and has been the patron of several sporting organisations.
