Siosiua Utoikamanu appointed USP Pro-Chancellor and Chair of USP Council

Siosiua Tuitaulukua Tupou Utoikamanu has been appointed the University of the South Pacific Pro-Chancellor and Chair of the USP Council for three years, commencing from the 27th of November 2024 to the 26th of November 2027.

USP say Utoikamanu is an accomplished international development professional with over 40 years of experience in public financial management, public administration reform, good governance, project management and independent consultancy.
