Due to flooding from the recent heavy rainfall, several rural roads in the Central Division are currently closed to all traffic.

The Fiji Roads Authority is advising the public to exercise caution while traveling and to avoid affected areas.

The affected areas are Vunaniu Crossing, Nabukelevu Road, Naboutini and Viwawa Road in Serua, Vugalei Cocoa Road Crossing, Lomaivuna Loop Road Crossing, Navulokani Road, Waisa Crossing, Vatuli Crossing, and Vuninokonoko Back Road.

The FRA says they will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates as needed.
