Opposition Leader Inia Seruiratu will continue giving evidence to the Commission of Inquiry this afternoon regarding the appointment of FICAC Commissioner Barbara Malimali.
When questioned by fijivillage News, Seruiratu says he cannot comment on it as he will give evidence after lunch.
Minister for Justice Siromi Turaga also gave evidence earlier this morning.
There is an indication that the Commission will sit on Saturday before finishing the process on Thursday.
A total of 35 witnesses are expected to give their evidence.
