Secondary Schools Basketball: Yat Sen through to U15 boys, U17 boys and U17 girls finals

The Yat Sen Secondary School U17 boys and girls team are through to the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Basketball Championship finals this afternoon.

The boys' team defeated International School Suva 21-18, while the girls’ side beat ACS 20-15.

Meanwhile, Marist beat LDS 20-18 in the second U17 boys semi final and Suva Grammar School thumped LDS 35-19 in the second girls’ semi final.

Yat Sen will face Marist in the boys' final, while Grammar will meet Yat Sen in the girls' final.

In the U15 grade, Yat Sen will meet Grammar in the boys and girls final.

Looking at the U15 semi finals results, Yat Sen beat QVS 28-7, and Grammar defeated Marist 25-14 in the boys' division, while Grammar beat Saint Joseph’s Secondary School 34-12, and Yat Sen beat Natabua 17-9 in the girls' division.

The Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Basketball Championship is underway at the Lautoka Multipurpose Court.
