Sawani border closed for decontamination

The Sawani border in Naitasiri is closed today for decontamination and will resume operations from tomorrow.

The border will be closed for a period of 24-hours beginning at 4am today to 4am tomorrow.

All activities conducted at the border will be suspended during this period. For urgent essential services and medical emergencies, members of the public are advised to use the Sawani Qiolevu Road Border.

As per directives from the Permanent Secretary of Health, all Sawani Border Operations will be closed every Sunday until the end of the COVID-19 Operations.
