Mohammed Salah scored a goal and provided two assists as Liverpool kicked off their English Premier League campaign with a comfortable 3-0 win over Norwich City.
Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino scored the other two goals for Liverpool.
The match also marked the return of defender Virgil van Dijk after 10 months out through injury.
Liverpool will now play Burnley in their second match on Saturday.
In another match this morning, Chelsea beat Crystal Palace 3-0.
Meanwhile defending champions Manchester City will take on Tottenham at 3.30am tomorrow.
