Rexona has partnered with the 2025 Suva Marathon 10K event, providing a $15,000 boost to one of the country’s most anticipated road races.

The announcement featured none other than Pacific long-distance hero and Pacific Mini Games double gold medalist, Yeshnil Karan.

Motibhai Marketing Manager Abraham Gomes says Rexona has officially signed on as the naming rights sponsor for the 10K category at the 2025 Suva Marathon.

He describes it as a new chapter for the event, which now attracts more than 1,000 runners from across Fiji.

Gomes adds that this partnership is about more than just sponsorship—it’s about inspiring confidence, supporting local talent, and promoting a more active and healthier Fiji.

He highlights that the Suva Marathon has evolved into more than just a race.

Over the years, it has become a movement that brings together elite runners, weekend warriors, and first-time participants. With Rexona now on board, the 10K event promises to be more thrilling, competitive, and community-focused than ever before.

Fijian Olympic athlete Yeshnil Karan says partnerships like these give athletes and the sport the support they need to grow.

He adds it’s great to see a well-known brand backing local events in a significant way, with the 2025 Suva Marathon set to take place later this year.

The Suva Marathon 2025 will be held on the 6th of September at Albert Park, Suva.
