The Labasa soccer team has been held to a 1-1 draw by Rewa in the Digicel Premier League at the ANZ Stadium.

Anish Khem scored the goal for Rewa while youngster Melvin Mani got the goal for Labasa.

Labasa was leading 1-0 at half time.

This was Labasa’s first game in the league for more than 7 months as they were unable to travel to Viti Levu due to travel restrictions in recent weeks.

Rewa has now gone four matches without a win since the league resumed last month.

In other matches this afternoon, leaders Lautoka beat Nadi 3-1 while Suva beat Navua 2-0.
