All Blacks Fijian winger Sevuloni Reece has been named to start on the right wing for tomorrow’s Rugby Championship opener against Argentina while returning star winger Will Jordan has been named to start off the bench after recovering from a long-term injury.

Jordan has not played a professional game of rugby since the Rugby World Cup final last year and will be hoping this weekend’s tussle with Argentina goes a little differently to that result.

Coach Scott Robertson has once again selected Beauden Barrett to start at fullback after three stellar performances to begin the 2024 international season.

Anton Lienert-Brown has been promoted to start in the midfield alongside Jordie Barrett, moving star utility back Rieko Ioane to the bench.

The All Blacks starting XV are Ethan De Groot, Codie Taylor, Tyrel Lomax, Tupou Vaa’i, Sam Darry, Ethan Blackadder, Dalton Papali’i, Ardie Savea, TJ Perenara, Damian McKenzie, Mark Tele’a, Jordie Barrett, Anton Lienert-Brown, Sevu Reece and Beauden Barrett.

The reserves are Asafo Aumua, Ofa Tu’ungafasi, Fletcher Newell, Josh Lord, Wallace Sititi, Cortez Ratima, Rieko Ioane and Will Jordan.

The All Blacks will take on Argentina at 7.05pm tomorrow in Wellington.

Meanwhile, the Wallabies will host the Springboks at 4.35pm tomorrow at Suncorp Stadium.
