Ro Teimumu says the week long ceremony ends with the Lau Provincial Council meeting which will be the Tui Nayau’s first official meeting with his vanua before the Tui Nayau will proceed to Sawana tomorrow.

She says the kind gesture conveyed to Kubuna, Burebasaga and Tovata speaks volume of the humility that the Tui Nayau has started his reign as Turaga na Tui Nayau, Sau ni Vanua ko Lau na Tui Lau.

Ro Teimumu is Ratu Tevita’s aunt.

Ratu Tevita’s mother, the late Ro Lady Lala Mara was Ro Teimumu’s elder sister.
