When you lead, you must command respect, not fear, and avoid using your badge to give orders.

This is the message from Ratu Finau Secondary School Vice Principal, Vitalina Tinainamama while addressing the new prefects during their induction ceremony.

Tinainamama advised the 45 prefects that they should walk the talk, be the leaders who do the work and lead by example.

She urged them to be accountable, and uphold the values of discipline and integrity in their daily duties.

Students, teachers, and parents also witnessed the moment when the new Head Boy Kolinio Tikoisuva and Head Girl Marryanne Latu took their oath to fulfill their duties with honesty and dedication.

The event marked an important milestone for the young leaders as they embarked on their journey to represent and uphold the values of Ratu Finau Secondary School.
