It says between the last parliamentary sitting in September and the re-opening of parliament on 30th November, the Parliamentary Opposition Leaders will use this period to embark on a Listening Tour and hear the concerns of the people, to ensure that responses to the President's speech detailing Government's legislative agenda, is appropriate and inclusive.
